Well Dears,

I know it will take a long time (in my case four years) to get over this all-demanding and in every way exhausting period, but be sure: Finally you will meet your real true self! Undergoing a narcissist is not only a lesson you will profit from for the rest of your lives but it is also a mirror that shows you the deeply wounded parts of yourselves that still need to be healed!

Go the whole way and finally (re)find yourselves!

Never ever go back!!!

I so agree with this:

I am at 10 months NC and now that the sadness, shock and rage have subsided (I didn't say ANGER, I am still pretty angry!) I can see that THIS what you wrote is the gift I was meant to receive, and I received it in tears and anguish and I guess I was always afraid of the gift of "me" because I didn't want to see it, I didn't want to see my hurts and weaknesses and they were forced on me by a PD. This was indeed a blessing I am seeing more and more, everyday as I work to heal my wounded soul. Thank you for the gentle reminder!
