Talked with a therapist for the first time today. He told me that I'm not attracting toxic men I'm simply accepting them. Good people do not attract bad people. The universe doesn't work that way however empaths are attractive to these bastard PDs. We are perfect prey for them. What he said helped a bit. I still need to dig deeper and figure out why i feel the need to save everyone. Every relationship ive ever had has been with an emotionally unavailable and needy man.

We can't save anyone nor is it our responsibility to take on the task. It is not cold it is not rude! We must love ourselves enough to accept ONLY what we deserve and when we give generosity we must demand reciprocity.

Do not feel bad.

Some people are undeserving of our kindness.

Help animals, help those who are starving, people who simply fall victim to bad circumstance and misfortune. These are the people who are deserving.

Why care for a sick pd when they don't care for us. They see our good qualities and exploit them.

I will no longer feel sorry for these types of men. There is a such thing as human evil, I know this to be true now.

Would we go down to hell to give the devil a cool glass of water??????
