Embarrassment & shame

I'm five months out & thanks to the wonderful people in my life, I'm healing & in a much better place than I was when my ex-narc discarded me. That also includes the remarkable guys & gals on this forum. But, I do have a question for those of you who have been disconnected from your ex-narcs for a while. Do you ever feel embarrassment & shame for being with him/her in the first place?
