Thank you to so many here for sharing your thoughts and comments with me

I realize that I can take my power back with NC and I don't have let myself get down because of what he says or does. I am working on stopping thinking of them together, this robs me too of my happiness also robs me of my presence in the moment. I feel like I have had a mental cold, in shock too.

I will keep trying and preparing for him moving the rest of this things next week. I will not be there.
