Well, we either have a very big competitor or a major hater. If you notice the site going down, please e-mail me at lisalou2@gmail.com. We were just at the receiving end of the most malicious attack yet.

Did I mention to anyone that Google has stopped crawling this site?

Someone in a MAJOR position of power has to tell Google to "give a shit" about a site like this, right?

I've been warning my webdeveloper the last few days, thanks to Used and my e-publisher's persistence, that someone is trying to hack the site. She kept telling me everything was fine. Then I get this e-mail below....just now.......effed up situation.....if you see anything unusual, please notify me or one of the Mods. Thx everyone! xoxo

I could not get on last night, it kept telling me the IP address for this site no longer existed.

Thanks Freaked and Snowflake for your kind words and support. Yes, there was an e-mail I posted from my Webdeveloper, which she deleted when she saw it this morning. I never should have posted such sensitive information on how we were combatting the attack so she had to delete it when she saw it. It was poor judgment on my part so I'm glad she deleted it. In any case, we are working on trying to find out who is behind this and sincerely appreciate everyone's concern and support.

And all of yesterday and today morn, when I was not able to open this site even though it has been bookmarked since the past year... you know what I thought???

I thought...perhaps MY ip address has been blocked because i must be a crappy woman and even the Forum probably hates me.

Lisa, this is serious confession from me.

I am extremely relieved to know that I was not blocked out from here.

All my life various key people in my life have scrambled up my heart by their silent treatment...by their emotional abuse...that today I am in a state of mind thus: "Nobody loves me, everybody hates me"...and do feel like Charlie Brown a bit too often of late.

Thank you very much dear Lisa and all the Mods here for posting this alerting message.

I am hoping that our safe domain here stays safe. Felt so ANGRY that someone dared to cause us destabilisation. How dare Google decide anything? It is malicious.

Wishing our Forum a safe transit through this difficult time. I am feeling terribly angry at the hacker. WTF thoughts.

Dear Lisa, us emapths seem to be attacked even for having banded here in our secret forum. I know the Forum site is in public view...but still...I always feel SAFE here.

Waiting till my kid fini his education and gets a job...then I intend to request him to help with good contributions for supporting the Forum...which seriously saved my Life.

Internet connection problems but when I pressed back and back in it worked?

I get a lot of google ads on here but assumed thats something you have signed up for as a source of income for your site?

Its sickening esp after I know how much free time and costs for the site.

I suppose there are so many 'guests' here its hard to see..if it keeps happening are you able to get everyone to sign up to view? I dont know much about tracing IPs etc but I would be more than happy to give you my IP ..if someone tells me how to find it :)

Thank you so much Dear Snowflake, you are a true love. This is somehting which is being addressed as we speak by our security team. They are in contact with Lisa working through protection and detection. We just need to know ASAP if anyone notices anything, error messages, slowness on the site, things of that nature. Thanks again, you are one who understands and supports the site and we appreciate your support.
