I know I have a void to fill and work to do...thats IT for N and I am going to focus my time making me better :)

Thought I'd post articles of interest not to do with N but to do with getting better..so here is the first link on self esteem..it has questionaires/worksheets etc and I thought it looked an interesting site. I will add to this post as I find things but please if anyone has anything on spiritual/self esteem etc. ie moving focus from Narc onto us, please post, thanks

Thanks Snowflake. I did one of those Chakra tests very recently and it told me my spiritual connection was totally blocked (the rest were fine). Funnily enough I always considered myself to be very spiritual, but lately, well... some work is required to open it up again. Thanks for the reminder.
