Hi all, i keep reading these posts and so often i am reminded of other things that i have read that have been incredibly helpful during this horrible experience. There is one book in particular i don't think i could live without right now. It's called "Help, I'm in Love with a Narcissist." It is strictly a book for us, the individuals who are in love with a narcissist. I have identified with so much in it and truly appreciate it's compassionate but honest approach. I'd love to know if anyone else has read it. Please let me know.

Hi, I HAVE the book, excellent and read it many times, also Sam Vaknin's book on Malignant Narcissism written thru the eyes of a narcissistic man, self proclaimed and i am waiting to get the book from the library by Linda Martinez-Lewi, How to free yourself from the Narcissist in Relationships,Work...., saw some of excerpts from the book on the internet , amazingly good, take a look, just google her name, she is a psychologist or psychiatrist, cannot remember which, but deadly accurate, let me know what you think!

Freeing yourself

I have read Freeing Yourself from the Narcissist in Your Life and personally I wasn't as happy with that one. It is much less relevant to my situation and more focused on super-narcissists or high-level narcissists. (Although maybe it will be more relevant to my Ns future partners since there is a good chance he will get a lot of the fame, power and $ he is looking for.) And i have never looked up or read anything from SV, however i have heard his material is probably better avoided all together.
