I just like to post this link to any women here who understand narcissism, have read all the books and are now ready to start the healing journey. I'm sure Lisa won't mind me recommending this site as all there is to do is heal and help women's journey to start healing. The site I'm going to recommend is Melanie Tonia. She really knows her stuff about narcissism and the life after. If you listen to her talk radio it may well resinate as to where you are now. Here's the link of one of her radio shows, there are many, I've listened to them ALL and have found them to be profound.

She rocks i just listerned to the show and everyone should , she gets it right , my narc is a vanpire no two ways about it , i need to dis engage so i looked up how to put inplace a psycic shield , mine isnt working very well , well actualy it works fine but he knows how to get through the damm thing .Any ideas on how to go about this ?From what i read its about visualization ? or is there a spell i can use ? im open to all sujestions I WANT HIM OUT MY HEAD ! ...

Omg! I have been struggling because I want him out of my head too..its driving me crazy and its been alol over 1 yr no contact..I cant take it anymore! I just want a labotomy or amnesia for to remove every and all thoughts and memories, I dont even want the good memories anymore, I just want /need to be totally rid of him forever! geez, what a mission! xoxox

Yeah she does rock. This is why I pushed this post up again as I don't think anyone really took notice of it, and for their sakes it's such a good show to listen to. She does something called quanta healing. I did 3 sessions with her, you need to have skype set up although you don't need a camera. It really did change things for me. I still need to work on this and I find it hard that I can't just walk away from him because of the kids but I can work on myself to minimise his impact and it's actually working. All her ebooks are good too. She contacted me this morning, I'd really recommend you email her with some of your questions on how to get him out of your head. Her email is Melanie Tonia Evans if you mention me (you know my real name) then I know she'd be delighted. Next week she's doing some power healing, I'm doing it too. See if you can get on that by emailing her. Let me know.

So glad you have found Melanie and that it has been helpful to you. When I finally decided that I was in a toxic relationship and could not take any more I decided there had to be someone out there that understood what the hell to do. Three days after my last D&D I found Melanie, and I have never looked back. I also attribute the speed of my healing to embracing what Melanie offered, and encourage anyone to try it. I found my way to this site through Melanie and Lisa's radio show, and their work has been invaluable to my recovery.

Not really, it cost around Â£60 for an hour session. But in any case listen to all her stuff on her radio blog about narcissism and setting yourself free, it's really inspiring and SO helpful for moving on. I'm going to email you about a free healing session though so check your email.
