It does not matter what his intentions were in contacting you over this. What matters is that it caused you to over analyze his motives. This is why we have no contact. They put us back into obsessive thoughts mode. How much time have you spent today on this one simple question from the N? He threw the question out to you and walked away to forget about it within 30 seconds. For you i would bet to guess that you are still analyzing it and breaking it down word by word. You may do this for the next two weeks. This has taken the focus away from you again and put it on him. He has kidnapped you and is holding you hostage once again. Break the cycle now. Do not respond to him anymore. This is not a reason to have contact. If you don't receive the child support then that is reason, but follow up with a third party to get it rectified. Not you....xoxo
