Narcs and THEIR obsessive thinking.

Narcs and THEIR obsessive thinking.

Does anyone have any good articles or opinions on this.

My ExN is driving my friend crazy (we have a close mutual). He is always talking about me. I am very sarcastic and most the time I say what I mean. He really liked that about me. (talking about him makes queasy).

She decided to tell me about this as she doesnt know what to do, she said him talking about me really bothers her, especially after the way hes treated me. (She really has no one to talk to that truly understands what he is)

Anyway...He's obsessively saying, how well he knows me so well, what kind of music I like and why I like it, what I would do in specific situations. He saying whenever he does anything he pictures me making fun of the situation, cracking jokes about it. He told her he thinks about me all day,

She told him to get help and to get a life. Are Narcs normally obsessive when they are not the ones who left the
relationship and cannot reel you back in? Is this normal Narc behavior? Normal and Narc is the same sentence is weird.

Great article.

This is what I said to her as well.
He lost control of me, and access to my thoughts.

No contact really gives clarity. Thinking back, everything is a game, and thinking of his tatics now, it still is.

He's hoping she tells me this, I miss him and "what we had" and call him again.

I will NEVER go back to this. I went back last week and read my previous posts when I was still doing the back and forth, and I have come such a long way. Thanks to all of you for that!!!!

Mine was like that. He was

Mine was like that. He was driving his coworkers and friends crazy. It wasn't about how much he missed me, it was about how HE wasn't in control and the obsession was probably his brains way of processsing it.
