I just didn't realize just how sick he is.

He asked if I want to sell the house and I said yea, let's just sell it by owner and see what happens. He said what are you willing to work on? I said what do you mean 'work on'? He said, it needs painted, the drywall needs fixed and the yard need kept up and the pine tree need trimmed."

Before you ask how big his balls are let me remind you that he threw me out of the house 14 months ago. Called the sherriff on me for coming by to check on our daughter and changed the locks on me. All my stuff is inside. Basically everything I have is goodwill junk he conned my parents into taking off his hands and one carload I took from the house. Everything else I have I have bought since jan 09.

So, what'ya think girls? Should I go mow his yard for him?

N has been court ordered to pay for my health insurance until 30 days after the divorce is final. The court also knows that I ended up getting my own health insurance through my employer in the mean time. So I've been using mine as a primary and his as a secondary. So he sends bills through dtr's backpack (dentist and psychiatrist) that say my name as patient and his name as employee. One is for a high amount so I'm assuming we have to meet a deductable. (I'll call monday to find out for sure) but I wonder if I really am responsible for the amount since I was the patient and we havnt met the deductable. Does anyone know? The temp orders do not refernce this.

whoever's insurance is PRIMARY on the psychiatrist... is the PERSON WHO HAS TO PAY. You may need to have YOUR attorney write him a letter and tell him that.

Personally I would MAKE him pay - since its because of HIM that YOU are in counseling.

In some ways, the sicker he acts the more sane I feel. Yea, I have a call into my atty.

I also called the mortgage company. Since he's so behind there's no way he will qualify for a re-fi. We have to sell. Homes around here not are selling and I am afraid he will pull me down with him into bankrupsy.

He wants this baby. He always knew he wanted more kids just not with me - or so he told the psych.
