It was the funniest thing, I saw a pic of an older man probably in this 70's and it looked just like my predator, I thought ewww ish, and then it dawned on me, What does he have now? The looks are gone, good thing he has money cause he is going to need it when he is old. How shallow of me was I soooo enamored with this man just because he was good looking? No it couldnt have been I must have been attracted to how wonderful he treated me (puke) Now when I think back seems that is all he really had, oh and the charming lies, and as for the money? He can bend over and grab his ankles and put it all there for all I care.
Wouldnt it be great if we could take their picture and age them 20 years like they do on tv on crime shows, makes you really stop and think. Stop and think what it is going to be like living with them when they are old, the mind is still going to be twisted and their thingy didnt work half the time when they were young so that wont be any great loss, so are we going to sit around in our retirement with them and have deep heart to heart conversations? Will they care about our aches and pains as we age? YA RIGHT. They are casa novas now but their time is coming and I dont want to be around to see how miserable they will be when their bait for their victims is no longer appealing. I mean after a certain age society will just view them as a "Dirty old Man"
Parasites
February 8, 2010 - 8:57am — JamesIt’s always been my opinion that these people simply don’t age very well. Whenever we fill ourselves up with mistrust hate and negative feeling they will (emotionally and spiritually) shine through us and leave us older uglier and emptier. They are always looking to feed by complaining criticizing and wanting of attention from others. The older they get the worst it gets. Leaving these poor souls (family members friends who know them and love them still) feeling drained and feeling empty after each visit with them. Having been involved in the care field (retirement homes) for some years I see the different between those who give of themselves to others (emotionally and spiritually) and those who know only how to take take and take.
A parasite is a parasite no matter how old it get....

I hope so too. They're like
February 7, 2010 - 6:24pm — itreallyisabouthimI hope so too. They're like cockroaches, more likely, though. I think all that not worrying about whether they're right or wrong, not analyzing their own motives, and not looking at their own faults may save them a lot of "normal" wear and tear.

February 8, 2010 - 1:01am — Barbara (not verified)I was talking to a friend the other day and she called them the same thing... "cockroaches."
It's unbelievable how these guys, for the most part, tend to land on their feet.

True
February 8, 2010 - 11:57am — itreallyisabouthimYeah I noticed mine wasn't quite as peaceful when he lost control of me - heh. He used to love to say "Why are you being so uptight?" when I protested being jacked around by him. One time I actually had him over a barrel (didn't happen often - somehow he structured his life so I held zero sway over him) and he was not able to do exactly as he pleased one morning. It was ugly. Suddenly he wasn't this free and easy life is great why can't everybody just be more like me guy. He was actually uncomfortable. I got to say back to him "why are you being so uptight?" I have to admit it was glorious!
