Hi all ;)

Just wanted to share something useful I tell myself when the N and his family start their ..crap and lies about me...

His whole family get together and tell everyone (themselves) that Iam the psycho, liar, and cheat and I have ruined HIS life.

I say to myself.. it's all WHITE NOISE.

WHITE NOISE

Is all that Im hearing from them.

They cannot and will not ever see the truth so there is no point talking to them or justifying myself.

It's white noise and I must move on.

that's funny. When my exNH starts raging at me and/or the kids - after he leaves - we make the noises that the 'adults' on the Charlie Brown cartoons make. A horn that makes no sense.
