That's the punch in the face. They build you up and make you feel loved so they can use you, then they start knocking you down, betray you and blame you and then they carry on with new "supply". You face the fact that you never existed to them and are left in therapy trying to grasp WTF just happened to you.

The last sentence: "Do not, do not, I repeat do not become a NS supply sourceâ€¦they have other supply sources".

It helps you understand not to feel 'sad' for them because they can get their supply elsewhere; at the same time, it's hurtful because you know you're easily replaced.

This speaks only to THEIR pathology, that they treat everyone like objects to be dropped & replaced whenever.

It has NOTHING to do with your self-worth. Nothing.
