If you’re trying to get over a breakup there are things you SHOULD be doing: you should be taking care of yourself, you should be eating right, sleeping, exercising; you should be affirming yourself every single day and building that self esteem; you should be finding support and new friends and interests. Yes-Yes!

This list is right-on. We should summarize the main points (bullet points in large, bold letters) and put it somewhere like Lisa suggests.

I am going to do that, print it out, and carry it with me.

PERFECT!

This article is perfect!
We should all print it out and put it somewhere as a daily reminder, and when we are healed we can rip it down and have a PARTY!!!!!

Great article!

The “No-Rules” are imperative and for anyone that truly wants to get out of a dysfunctional and harmful relationship albeit emotionally and psychologically.

Break just one of these Rules and you will later wish you haven’t...

Lisa

It would be great to have your no no list right on the front page of this site. I have trouble finding it and need a steady reminder. Would it be possible to place it in your sidebar or something?

sorry

since the No-No list is from another site, unfortunately we can't do that.

Just bookmark it for yourself.
