Was my short term boyfriend a narcissist?

Hey all, haven't been on the site in a long time. I had met this guy over the Internet and I'm not sure if he was a narcissist. The relationship only lasted a week but here I am devastated, I felt like it was more. He is a professional body builder, even has a fan page for himself and was always very nice.. Well I don't know about that. He always told me everything I needed to hear. I Was the only one, what he felt with me was different, I'm his dream woman etc.. Then one night I was meeting his sisters and brothers and his brothers apartment. We were all drinking except for my boyfriend, and him and his brothers girlfriend got into an argument and my boyfriend left me. He knew I was drinking but didn't answer his phone, and let me drive home drunk. The first time he abandoned me was when his "stalker" as he called her, was texting him saying all these things about me and how she wants him and he wasn't handling it well so we went to the docks by my house and I was upset and he left me and I had to get a ride home with a stranger because he wouldn't answer his phone. Eventually he was saying that he was suicidal etc whatever we got over it. But the latest incident that happened with his brothers girlfriend, after I drove home drunk I texted him saying it was messed up that he left me I could of been hurt or gotten someone else hurt and he said "delete everything of me off the internet, delete my pictures and don't send anyone to my house or call me or I'll call the police, I didn't love I only liked this is the final message please don't answer or send anyone to hurt me goodbye" he's 21 and I'm 19. I did nothing but take him to dinner, buy him supplements, I spent my paycheck on him and now he's talking to his "stalker" again because she messaged me saying that he told her we broke up. I tried getting in contact with him, but he has me blocked on everything. Why would he do this? What did I do? I told him how special he was and everything. I'm hurting really bad and I can use some advice. He's very into himself he even like his own pictures and videos. Am I going crazy or is there something wrong with him? My paycheck when from 862-130. What do I do? How can I get through this?
